I adore deeply the shabby chic colours palette from Pion and to move away my Graphic 45 vintagely shadow, I decided to come up with something sweet and dainty using their Shoreline Treasures collection... You can use this to store your accessories or any keepsake... It's gonna be something functional...

Graphic 45 Botanical Tea Spring Duet Album Class at The Art Republic

Finally, I manage to find some time to sit down and blog a bit here...

For the past weeks I was busying clearing my craft corner, space-digging to accomodate my Graphic 45 DT package... Took me several days to clear my area and I managed to re-organize quite a number of stuffs... Not very ideal but it has de-cluttered alot... What came next was something all crafters dread most; I injured my right index finger which landed me "handicapped" for a week!!! This explains why I was quite inactive for the recent weeks...

Well, I know this is what my scrapping peeps have been waiting for - the pocket album... It was all done up finally!!! Learn how to create this pocketful album via modified saddle stitching... Happening in June, opening for registration...

By the Sea Altered Clock...

The Botanical Tea altered clock has created an aftermath wave here; scrappers are going crazy over the idea of altering clocks... As much as I'd like to teach for this clock, the idea was solely to show what you can do to revive the broken clock... It never occured to me this has caused a "serious" impact... >.<

Upon popular request, this altered Graphic 45 By the Sea altered clock will be brought to you at The Art Republic very soon... Learn how to transform a plain Ikea clock into a piece of art via various art mediums... With such skill, you will see alter art a different way... I hope to see you guys very soon... Cheers!!!

A Mini Librarian's Desk Matchbox Bookcase Drawer at The Art Republic

Upcoming class at The Art Republic in April is this little grungy mini librarian's desk matchbox drawer... The idea of creation actually comes from the various matchbox dresser projects I've seen throughout YouTube and online galleries... But I wanted to do something grunge, so I combined a bookcase and matchboxes and came out with this concept of a mini librarian's desk, which reminded me of a game I used to play; Typing Maniac!! LOL!! It's one of the craziest games that my sister always challenged me...

Well, I'd think this desk suits the guy in the game... Don't you think so??

Graphic 45 Sweet Sentiments Spring Blossom Album at The Art Republic

For my latest class at The Art Republic, finally I've created an album by request... Although it's not really my strength, for this album I've incoporate some mix-media into this project so that it won't be too boring for an album...

Using Graphic 45 Sweet Sentiments paper collection, the pages are empty enough for you to create and embellish the way you want... Happening in March, do sign up to avoid disappointment...

Avant Garde Shoe Art at The Art Republic

It has been busy weeks for me... My shoes prototypes are finally out and I was busy reviewing them and to make some adjustment before my grand finals for The Art of Shoes Design Competition which is happening on 8th January 2014... My designs can be found here and is open for public voting till 6th January 2014...

Finally after weeks, to commemorate the competition I'm currently in, my new project with The Art Republic is this shoe art using Graphic 45 Couture paper collection... Absolutely love this collection... Inspired by Alexander McQueen, I came up with this detachable concept where the album, toe-box and a mini-top hat can be removed as individual pieces... The top-hat itself can be worn as a fashion accessory... Reveal underneather the toe-box shows a glass slipper within... When put together, it is a grand master-piece of shoe art ready to be displayed... Besides, there'd be 4 ATCs which can be traded during class...
